my family and i had a great stay at hampton inn. the location was perfect, super close to attractions. the staff was very friendly and helped make our visit special. the breakfast was excellent, with a delicious variety including eggs and waffles. we also loved the clean and spacious queen room with comfy beds.

one mild critique would be that the pool area was quite small.

We had a fantastic stay, especially having two small kids with us! The hotel was just minutes away from Orlando's theme parks, making trips to places like DisneyWorld a breeze. The breakfast had a great variety, which the kids loved, especially the waffles!

In my kids' opinion, it would be great if the hotel had a small playground area for them to enjoy some outdoor time.

Management responsiveness needs improvement!!! I experienced slow service and noise disturbances that ruined an otherwise decent stay. Updating furnishings and addressing maintenance issues would greatly enhance guest satisfaction!!!

We had a great time staying here with friends! The hotel is just minutes from Universal Studios and Walt Disney World Resort, which made our trip super convenient. The place was clean, parking was ample, and the breakfast buffet was a nice start to our busy days. Definitely would recommend!

One downside was that my digital key wasn't ready when we arrived, causing some frustration. The staff was helpful, but it was an inconvenience coming in after a long day.
